ADVICE TO INDIAN ENGLISH MEDIA
Don’t dunk your head in sand like an ostrich. Everybody knows your anti-Hindu nature.
1. First and foremost, stop thinking of yourself as “enlightened”. You are also born of woman. You are also no different from the man on the street. In fact, in Swami Vivekananda’s words, you are no less then parasites and traitors who having been brought up at the countrymen’s expense pay the least heed to them.
2. Learn to respect the virtues of Hinduism. Also make it a point to learn Sanskrit. If you don’t know Sanskrit, you can never appreciate the beauty of Hinduism. Remember, it is not just a question of language. It is a question of a paradigm shift.
3. Learn to cultivate intellectual honesty.
4. Don’t be one-sided.
5. When a Hindu is caught in criminal activities, it is Hindu terrorism. When a Muslim is caught in terrorist activities, terrorists do not have a religion. Stop this hypocrisy. See things as it is. Samasatti.
6. Stop terming Hindus as illiterate barbarians steeped in superstitions. There are Hindus steeped in wisdom too.
7. In your bid to be progressive, also stop a while to look back and appreciate your glorious heritage. And for heaven’s sake, don’t call me a jingoist.
8. Realise that pseudosecularism and communism are dead as a mutton.
9. Hinduism is alive and kicking. Try to find out the secrets of the world’s oldest surviving civilization.
10. Remember, if not for Hinduism, we would have been stuck in the medieval ages with Koran and Bible as our textbooks.
Finally, I am well aware that those who need advice the most listen to it the least. Yes, I know that the anti-Hindu English Media in India is incorrigible. So I am all set for a historical corrective.

I wonder how a section of humanity can be so animalistic?
No, Animals are far better as what they do always has a reason. Nothing can explain what the missionaries did for 2000 years and continue to do. Every human must fight these scumbags and eradicate them from the face of the planet.

Needless, this crowd includes wholesale sections of the media. With drop-of-a-hat talk shows and manufactured opinions, the horrified secular media is behaving as if it has picked up the cue offered by Renuka Chowdhury. Her Disgraceful Eminence only needs to be reminded of her drug-induced stupor when the Talibanesque MIM flung chairs at Taslima Nasrin at a public function. Come Mangalore, she was wide awake in her sleep, quick to term the episode as Hindu Talibanization. That was the much-needed seed for a media digging vainly to spice up both their TRPs and their sadistic lives. 26/11 was dropped. Pakistan-watching (!) was dropped. The PM’s heart surgery was dropped. Enter the Hindu Taliban! Within days, they metamorphosed a mere incident of hooliganism into an event of apocalyptic proportion. Given the shrillery, the ordinary man would think Mangalore alone is ruled by the Taliban and the rest of Karnataka by the BJP. Nice.

what people did in mangalore pub is surely wrong. But comparing these goons to taliban is like comparing a shop lifter and osama bin laden. When congress banned girls serving liquor in mumbai, where were all there liberals? When fanatics in kashmir forced all women that wore purda and threw acid on the ones that did not, where were these liberals? what that outfit did in mangalore has to be condemned, but lets us not forget other issues… just 60 days back 300 people were killed in mumbai by unfriendly neighbours and education minister wants to recognize education in madrasaas as equivalent to board exams… let us focus on working on these issues too… not on what some 10 vandals did…

Nirmala Venkatesh’s past record shows why did she do it to blame pub rather than sri ram sene. As many people from Udupi know quite openly about her illicit affairs with karnataka home minister dr. v. s acharya for the past many years. They used to enjoy in udupi hotel karavali when i was working in the said hotel. It is nothing but a gesture of keeping orange monkeys out of lime light all done for the sake of dr. v.s acharya by his keep nirmala venkatesh.

::COntiune with your crusade
No, No Crusade is a word to describe muslims and christians killing each other or others in the name of religion. Our word is dharma loaded with reason and rationale. Not dogma.

Pub Culture and Times of India:
Just read Swamy Dayanand Saraswathi’s views on Indian Media’s War on Hinduism. The war is not just against Hinduism. It is against Indian culture.
ToI in Bnagalore has sided openly on behalf of youngsters who want to have pub culture promoted. By this, the paper is also misleading all its readers. Recently ToI published what it called result of a survey and printed the report to say that 91% of youth want pub culture.
This is atrocious. The report does not indicate what was the sample size or the
area where
the Survey was taken. If persons on MG (Poor Mahatma Gandhi) or Brigade Road are
asked, they may overwhelmingly give an affirmative response. It is like asking
politicians in confidence whether corruption
has to be tolerated.
ToI has been open and boistrous. I do not have the means to fight a newspaper.
Can a group of
cultured persons, including Christians, Jains, Buddists and Moslems come
together and file a
PIL against ToI for publishing misleading articles?
Can we also request Swamy Dayanand Saraswathi to lead a big morcha against
de-culturing
Bangalore. This can be organised on Saturday trhe 7th of March, giving nearly a
month for
organising.
There is no point in discussing about the Union Minister Madam Renuka who has
asked young people to
fill the pubs! What disgrace. Is Sonia madam, being a devout Catholic and
cultured willing to silence her
minister.

Deepak…you are right in singling out English language media for being biased against Hinduism….Actually, only a few who go through English language education continue to have respect for their religion…If every personality you respect, every book you read…and every film you watch is from abroad. what respect will you have for your country and culture…India continues to functon as if its capital is in London on New York…
Our education system should be set right…and we must be taught to have respect for ourselves and our forefathers….Till this happens….you will find only namesake indians…their hearts will be owned by some Loony rock star….their minds would have become hostage to some alien concepts…I am all for pursuing the great classics all over the world…but we should not get swayed by the fads and fashions of the moment
