3 cheers to Ram Swarup for awakening us elite Hindus from our secular slumber
It was Ram Swarup who influenced a whole legion of elite Hindu thinkers to think independently and out of the box.
As a linguist and independent thinker, he was unparalleled. He took on critics both within and without and was at his demolition best. I don’t know Ram Swarup personally (1920 to 98). But his books have had a great influence on me.

You are not the only one deepak.. I think every proud hindu is indebted to ram swarup jee and alsi sita ram goel jee who has opened his voice of India publications… They are one of the best books on sanatan dharma..

His colleague, the late Sitaram Goel also made a tremendous contribution to the Hindu resurgence. The bharatvani.org website has a number of his books as well as those of Shri Ram Swarup.

You need minimum intelligence to understand Ram Swarup. Most of the lesser Hindus are taken in by the pseudosecular humbug. that is why I coined the word elite Hindu — a superior breed that does not suffer from inferiority complex (the colonial hangover).

Ram swaroop also propagated condoms for its members of the sanathana sanstha not because he feared aids but he wanted his followers to enjoys sex and use sadhwis to the fullest extent so that it did not create any nusense later. His condom talk is greatly followed by sanathana sanstha members and the kudos to ram swarup for his forsight for this.

Your lack of knowledge is showing. Ram Swarup (not Swaroop) had nothing to do with Sanatana Sanstha. Nor did he have anything to do with Sadhwis.

What with Prannoy Roy (his full name is Prannoy James Roy), and his cousin Arundhati Roy (full name Suzanne Arundhati Roy), and Sonia Gandhi (Antonio Maino), Rahul Gandhi (Raul John Paul), Priyanka Gandhi (Bianca Vadera), and Ambika Soni and Digvijay Singh and Rajdeep Sardesai, and that Barkha Dutt (married twice, each time to a muslim, and yet hides that she has converted to islam), all fundies, it is getting clearer that India faces a bigger threat from the cult of christ rather than the muhammadans. The latter are dangerous braindead zombies, but at least they show their true colours with the exception of Burka Dutt, but then she is under the coaching of her christian boss who also hides his faith.

ram swarup had links with isi agents to create communal tension in india. He was being paid by pakistani intelligencia to instigate hindus against muslims and cause tension and it is because of this lust for money this person went ahead causing animosity between different faiths.

You people are right. Now most of the rulers in india are Christians using Hindu names. Also there is propaganda that now almost 10% Indians are Christians. I doubt even hindutuva organisations are taken over by Christians both foreign and desi pretending to be supporters of hindutva.

hindutva is all inclusive. it is a way of life with all the religions and faiths involved and christians moslims sikhs jains budhists are all included. hindutva is indianness among diversity of faiths and it is not hinduism alone.

Thank you Deepak. I still think that you will have to go for a forum that has registered users. So long as the users/posters/clients are limited, a forum can run on the current format of GreatHindu, but as readership expands (as it obviously is) you will have to take that move.
