Why I support Nityananda Paramahamsa while opposing fascist Indian media
I first came to know about Nithyananda Paramahamsa in 2007 when senior RSS leader N Krishnappa told me about him. He told me that Nithy is emerging as the GenNext Guru and was purchasing huge tracts of property — something astonishing at his age.
At that time, I was at an all-time low having suffered five rounds of malaria-jaundice. Physically, I was down and there were doubts on my sanity too because I was hallucinating. I was finding it difficult to differentiate between dreams and realities. Seeing my predicament, I was told to move base to Bangalore as there were chances that I would suffer more rounds of malaria. Besides, all my expectations from the Gurus had gone down since nothing worked during my malarial fever. I was lucky to come out with a sound body and sound mind.
In Bangalore, I saw large cut-outs and hoardings of Nithyananda Paramahamsa. They were quite creative with words like — I am not here to prove that I am God. I am here to prove that You are God.
I had seen a lot of Gurudom before… and I was personally not interested. After that I had a few chance to go to Sri Sri Ashram at Kanakapura in Bangalore. Even there, I was told about Nithy’s competition by some devotees.
Finally, I decided to go to Nithy’s ashram not because I was interested in him… but because I wanted to complete my rounds of Guru shopping (the only famous Guru that I have not yet met is the Dalai Lama whom I plan to meet soon).
So I went to the Ashram. The Ashram was not sophisticated and plush like the Sri Sri Ashram…. nor was it crowded like Puttaparthi or Beas.
I saw Nithy during the Anandotsava – the annual programme that he conducts. I was not impressed because I was already Gurued out.
When I was in Keshav Krupa (the State headquarters of the RSS), I chanced upon the book — Living Enlightenment. Having read so many spiritual books (having the same old scent), I decided to complete that too. Frankly, I was impressed by Nithy although I thought he had done a lot of cut-&-post by Osho without even mentioning him.
Despite the Osho-cut&paste, I appreciated Nithy’s knowledge (Nithy is younger to me by four years) and I could see from the book that he was erudite. That itself was the greatest quality which differentiates boys from men (in my opinion).
So I decided to meet Nithy personally. I was told by his devotee that the best way to meet Nithy was to do the one-day Kalpatharu course. Nithy allows each and every Kalpatharu course trainee to meet him so that their wish is granted.
So I did the Kalpatharu course conducted by Nithy’s disciple. There we were made to go through four-rounds of meditation (involving catharsis). One of Nithy’s disciple also advised me to chuck my job and do seva at the ashram. I was not averse to the idea but decline the offer only when I was told that those doing seva should take the oath of brahmacharya.
Having read more than 200 books of Osho, I found brahmacharya unnatural. I have also seen that those practising brahmacharya become hypocrites as they deny their own sexuality. I have also seen most of the brahmahcaris suffering from anger or other perversions mainly due to the denial of their own nature. I told Nithy’s disciple that brahmacharya is unnatural and that I don’t mind doing seva provided I was allowed to sow my wild oats wherever I go. They disagreed with me and I disagreed with them. I don’t know what these brahmacharis are doing now. Many of them were immature and irrational — having chucked their education and careers. They were all telling me that Nithy is God-incarnate (these are some of the natural exaggerations in every ashram and organisation).
Nevertheless, I went near Nithy during the darshan session. He seemed to be an intelligent young man. Frankly, I didn’t find the Guru-vibes near me. However, I found him pleasant as he was patiently listening to the problems of his devotees.
When I went near Nithy, his disciple introduced me to him. I told Nithy that I have already initiated by more than a dozen gurus and that he was the youngest Guru that I have ever come across. I also asked him whether he was destined to be my Guru. Nithy told me that he would give me a personal experience and it was for me to decide.
He placed his hand upon my head and pressed the ajna chakra (centre of the forehead). I did not feel anything. I bowed before him and left the scene (as there were several hundreds of devotees waiting to pour their woes on him). Nithy did bless me.
After Nithy’s blessings, life has indeed changed for the better. Now I am more sober and more aware (I am not doing any ad for Nithy. I am just expressing myself).
I also wrote an email to Nithy that I would like to do his 21-day course costing Rs. 3.5 lakhs. I received his mail that he has blessed me and that the requisite funds would come my way. The next Inner Awakening course is on March 20.
I was expecting a lot from Nithy as he is the youngest Guru to initiate me when I chanced upon the Sun TV video.
Seeing the video, my thoughts went to the brahmacharis in his ashram. Why is it that only the Guru is allowed the privilege of sex and not the shishyas.
I don’t have any problems with Nithy’s sexuality. My opinion is that everybody has a right to sexuality. Celibacy is unnatural. I only pitied the disciples in Nithy’s Ashram who were deprived of sex.
Having read Nithy’s book, I can see that even Nithy is not against sex. The Vigyan Bhairava Tantra lists 112 meditation techniques and eight of them are connected with sex. I really didn’t understand why Nithy expects his disciples to be brahmacharis. Let me tell everybody clearly that I am not and nor will I encourage this suppression.
I fully support Nithy in all his endeavours and I hope that he will also free his brahmachari disciples from their brahmacharya. I really appreciate Nithy’s wisdom. Frankly, I never felt that Nithy was my Guru. I felt that he was like my younger brother — who was doing his bit for Hinduism.
I oppose this pseudosecular media tooth and nail in this videotape controversy not because they aired it… but because they did not say anything positive about Nithy — who had a lot of positive energy in him. Why doesn’t this liberal fascist media propagate against the Christian padres sexually abusing the boys and girls in their institution? Why doesn’t this Nazi electronic media train their gun on love jehadis and homosexual Mullahs who sodomise young boys? Why is it that this fascist electronic media targets only Hindu gurus? Why don’t they remind themselves that sex is natural and everybody is entitled to it?
Why is it that the liberal media turns Nazi whenever a Hindu Guru is involved.
For these reasons, I will support Nithy and oppose the hypocritic Indian media tooth and nail. And I am sure that Nithy will bounce back and give a fitting punch to the electronic media nose.

Fascist Trends in Indian Media

It is simple that no religion says brahmacharya is important, only sanyasi’s like Nithy are insisting it.
If the own soul is not following their preach then how they can insist others to follow it.
This man should be hanged for the things he did.
The media is not Hypocritic, people like you are Hypocritic because you people doesn’t have the soul to accept the mistakes.

@ so-called Devi,
March 10th, 2010 at 4:44 pm
Devi (here i mean to all who think like devi), Hindu saint should be hanged for all their deeds like Nityanand because of following reason.
Hindu saints are not united, they are happy in their own world of Matths, and fighting between themselves.
Hindu saints teach us to forgive others, but they donot teach us the limit till what things should be acceptable and opponent should be forgiven, because after a limit Krishna teach to fight against wrong. if Require path could be violent, because “Laato ke bhut baton se nahi mante”. But Hindu saint fail in teaching them to prove themselves a disciples of non-violences. and anti-Hinduism think Hinduism as impotent and misuse the opportunity.

One good caption in the above articles :-
“I am not here to prove that I am GOD. I am here to prove that your are GOD”
Just like that
I believe in GOD – GOD is within me – I am the GOD. GOD is present in all the living things. Searching GOD (self) is the way of Hindu spiritualism. Only one GOD exists everywhere in different form that is polytheism. All monotheists’ beliefs are false and against harmonized human existence. There is room for polytheist, atheist and no room for dangerous monotheist (ASS/U/ME). Belief is OK as long as it will not disturb others privacy. If GOD is scientifically or spiritually provable there is no need of GOD. Faith in GOD/ALL, without faith no freedom, without freedom no humanity – “FAITH FREEDOM CLAM”

I don’t know what blessing Nithy gave you, but it seems to left you mentally challenged. He grossly violated the sacred kavi, pure and simple. If he really has something to offer, why is he charging such huge amounts. Just compare Nithy’s lifestyle to Sri Ramana Maharishi. Does an so called enlightened swami really need so many acres of land, these ostentatious thrones, pattu silk, huge gold chains, TV, etc?
If he has an iota of honesty he must come forward and accept his activities. I dont care how he justifies it, but he must be honest. Even a petty thief confesses his crime on being caught red-handed.

There are any number of episodes in Hindu mythology and puraanaas that even great saints yielded to the weakness of the flesh, Viswamithra being trapped by the apsaras Menaka, on the instructions of Indira. I happened to view the videao on Swami Nithyananda on a Telugu or Kannada news site. Even if the person shown is really Swami Nithyananda (after all anybody can be dressed to look like him) it appears to be a well planned conspiracy to trap the Swami. In my opinion, Swami Nothyananda need not be ashamed at all, even if the video is genuine. He has to only repent and intensify his austerities, if he wants to continue his spiritual journey, without worrying about the possible decline in his popularity and following. As for his ‘enemies’ who planned the conspiracy (which appears more probable) he should treat them with the contempt they deserve.

THIS IS HYPOCRITC AT HIS LOWEST LEVEL.
he said video was not real and he would morph cristian pop with sonia gandhi if no apology given now he says sex is ok because nity has accepted saying he didnot do it illegal . What is the difference between illegal and immoral should be taught by law and not dongi sanyasis like nity and hypocrytic fools like deepak kamath. According to him only padres sodomising boys and mullas sex scandals should be brought to the fore and not definetly of hindu saints because truth is of differnt colour for hindus ? WOW!

“Ignorance is dangerous.” This is exactly what this pseudo-secular Indian media is taking advantage of. People take everything at face value; they can be easily made to believe in whatever the media wants them to believe. Dig deeper people…seek the truth. In the end that will save you from self-destruction. Read this investigative article at this link. It’s a fact-based, objective report with great depth in terms of its journalistic integrity:
http://medhajournal.com/geopolitics-guru/973-why-swami-nithyananda-must-resign-now.html
An excerpt from the article:
The Conspiracy against Swami Nithyananda
Since I had arrived at the scene while writing my book on the conspiracy in Tamil Nadu religious politics, it was natural to start with that as my emphasis for the investigation. But in this short article I have decided to focus on the matters surrounding his conduct and his organization’s conduct, because these have assumed a more urgent nature. The details of the conspiracy belong in my book as corroborating evidence for my thesis there. The types of parties reported to be behind the conspiracy, both foreign and India based, were remarkably similar to the ones I have written about in the book. So for now I shall merely summarize some of the main points concerning this conspiracy.
First one must understand why Swami Nithyananda became such a target. He was virtually unknown 7 years ago, but once he appeared in public his popularity catapulted at a dramatic rate. For example, last year, YouTube wrote to him that he was the most watched of all Indian spiritual leaders on the Internet and proposed a closer collaboration for their viewers. This letter also stated that among all spiritual leaders worldwide (not just Indian) he was the second most popular one, the Vatican being first. His meditation programs have become very popular in USA and in certain Indian states. The main factors are that participants almost invariably report experiencing higher states of consciousness, and he has healed a large number of persons of a variety of diseases. His healing powers are what brought together his core inner group of devotees from around the world – doctors, businessmen, IT professionals, corporate executives. Many of them have explained their personal healings from terminal illnesses as the turning point in their lives. His meditation programs sometimes bring up to a few thousand attendees for periods ranging from a few days to several weeks.
While the funds come mostly from upper strata participants in India and USA, a large portion of the expenses have been allocated to develop grass-roots social and spiritual programs focusing primarily in Tamil Nadu, his native state. This is where he is seen as a threat by Dravidian as well as Christian forces. For instance, in December 2009, about 600 villages across Tamil Nadu sent their local “Nithyananda leaders” for a celebration and planning session in his main ashram near Bangalore. I happened to be present for the event. These common folks, mostly from the lower strata of Tamil society, had walked 300 kilometers for this journey, which they saw as a spiritual pilgrimage. The reason for the anger of Christian and Dravidian forces is that his activities have put a dampener to conversions in many districts, and several Christians have returned to Hinduism by getting initiated formally into his organization. The swami himself has spoken against conversions, and has also stated that the Dravidian movement had made Tamil people unspiritual in their lives, and that this had caused social decay. His Tamil language publications and courses have become his most popular ones, far exceeding the numbers in English. Also he is a very big threat because he is not a Brahmin. Because he cannot be targeted using the classic attack strategies used on Brahmins, and because the masses in Tamil Nadu were rising to swell his ranks, the threat he posed to the existing political power structure had to be stopped one way or another.
The attack against Swami Nithyananda has consisted of two prongs, destroying his image and alleging legal misdeeds. At first a highly sensational sexual charge was broadcast in order to devastate his credibility and create an atmosphere in which any and all kinds of outlandish allegations would be taken at face value. Once the media and popular sentiments had been turned against him, there was one amazing allegation after another in rapid sequence. It was clear that none of this was spontaneous but was being centrally orchestrated under a systematic plan.
What became evident to me was that there was “cooperation” in informal and unofficial ways among the media, police and lower level judiciary. In fact, many third parties were aware of the attack in advance and had warned his people before it happened with specific details of the plan. For instance, one of his top devotees got a phone call from someone based in New York describing the media and police attack that was to come. His predictions turned out to be accurate but at that time the ashramites did not take the threat literally. He said that for the right sum of money he could be helpful in preventing such an attack. He claimed that the planning for this attack had started a year ago. He mentioned that a budget of Rs 200 crores was allocated by some overseas groups to demolish Hindu gurus especially in south India, and named two south Indian churches as the nodal agencies to coordinate this strategic plan. (I am presently pursuing these leads as part of my book investigation.)
There was another concrete extortion effort about eleven or twelve days prior to the scandal breaking out. A lawyer contacted them and claimed that his client had compromising videos, and that the client was seeking money or else they would get released. The same intermediary later sent a letter containing a variety of unsubstantiated criminal allegations against Swami Nithyananda, and this letter’s distribution list included India’s Prime Minister, President, Sonya Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, various Chief Ministers and police heads, various national criminal investigation and security organizations. I have a copy of this letter, and it makes the Nithyananda organization seem like a terrorist outfit that needs to be attacked for the sake of public safety. This letter along with a DVD of the sex video was delivered to the Chief Minister of Karnataka state two hours before the videotape was first aired. Clearly, the attack was well planned and executed across many locations, and was persistently carried out over several days. This is not the work of some isolated individuals.
There were warnings given to individuals in the ashram that their phones were being tapped and that they better leave to save their own lives, because something horrible was about to happen. One friendly man based in Pune who runs a magazine and is a devotee of Swami Nithyananda, told the ashram a week in advance of the attack that some such catastrophe would happen. He named his source as a man in the Bangalore Press Club. Another publisher in Hyderabad who distributes Swami Nithyananda’s books in Telugu, called three times to warn that a graphic video would be released and gave a precise time for this to happen. It was also reported that an American devotee who had fallen out of the ashram was working in association with one Jody Razdik who specializes in guru bashing at a prominent web site. He was being helped by an Indian based in San Diego, who was once very deeply involved inside the Nithyananda organization but had turned malicious. The only man who has openly come out as the main accuser was an ashramite who had a falling out when he got demoted due to his conduct. It was recently reported that he had a prior criminal record against him but nobody in the ashram had checked out his background before admitting him.
There were constant threats received to harass the ashramites and scare them away, with claims that “narcotics will be planted to cause arrest warrants.” The actions by the police were being leaked to the media ahead of time and even to the opposing side, leading to numerous “tips” received by “friends” asking the ashram dwellers to run away before “the attack comes.”
But even after a couple of weeks since the scandal has erupted, the lawyers for Swami Nithyananda’s ashram have failed to get copies of any concrete charges filed with the police, except a few trivial ones. Each time they approach for specific details they are told that there is no formal charge, except relatively minor ones. So the intimidation has been carried out mainly through media reports, without any legal due process starting where facts and arguments could get cross-examined. This lack of formal charges has enabled an atmosphere of intimidation using rumors and threats that cannot be pinned down officially.
It is important to contrast this with the manner in which Indian media treats scandals facing Islamic or Christian groups. The numerous scandals occurring overseas often get blocked by Indian media entirely, or are given mild treatment with tremendous sensitivity, in order to be seen as “secular” and not “communal.” By contrast every kind of allegation against any Hindu group gets clubbed in one homogeneous category and treated as a social scourge equivalent to terror groups.
The media’s hounding mentality and mafia tactics deserve to be condemned. In the Swami Nithyananda case, they have used carrots and sticks to lure and threaten, using whatever would get them more sensational footage. Several TV stations and journalists camped out in Haridwar and sent me emails requesting my help in arranging an interview. When I failed to deliver (because it was not up to me to deliver any such thing), some of them turned nasty against me. One TV woman promised the swami’s people “positive” coverage if she got an exclusive. But after the interview, she betrayed them and turned it into more distortion and smut. This led Swami Nithyananda’s handlers to give interviews to more stations in order to counteract this distortion. But the more they said before TV cameras, the worse the scandal became. One station was blatant in its threat to the swami’s assistant: “If you don’t give us an interview right away, we will show you the power of the media to destroy you.” At one point a major TV station also wanted to drag in Ramakrishna Mission with similar allegations, but someone was able to stop that.

My Dear Deepak Kamat:
I read just now in your website that you were with SriSri’s and SN’s aashramas.
I felt that you would know about what is happening w.r.t SN’s crisis situation.
Would it not be nice if you can offer some support, at this critical time?
I always felt (just like you have mentioned) that SN deserves all the support,
so that he can continue in his earlier role as the Head of his Ashrama,
guiding his disciples / devotees / followers / etc., as he has been always doing,
and fight out the external destabilising forces
that area a constant threat to sanaatana-bhaarateeya-samskRti / bhaarateeya-sanaatana-dharma.
specifically, let me ask you a question -
do you think that SN should resign?
i think that he should continue right in his present role.
there seems to have been a lot of discussion with a us-based management consultant
who was pushing for SN’s immediate resignation etc., . . . ?
do you know the details. . . ?
I FOR ONE WISH AND PRAY THAT SWAMI NITHYANANDA WILL CONTINUE AS EARLIER,
HEADING HIS AASHRAMA, AND GUIDING HIS DISCIPLES / DEVOTEES / FOLLOWERS / ETC.,
AND SERVING THE GREAT CAUSE OF THE SOCIETY AND
SANAATANA-BHAARATEEYA-SAMSKRTI / BHAARATEEYA-SANAATANA-DHARMA.
MY ANTARAATMA IS SURELY WITH HIM,
AND WAITING TO SEE HIM rebound WITH GREATER SUCCESS.

Propagating media persons were not understanding many NATURAL LAWS.
While I am hunting GURU, I came across many truth.
First of all, the seeker should be nonjudgemental; should not even think bad about other GURUs also. Even if a particular GURU does some worldly mistakes like KAIKEYEE in Ramayana also, only NARAYANA is only responsible.
An actress like Ranjitha to shed ego, money , family and do a seva for a Paramahamsa does not come for a normal human being. In my vision, I see her as mother of Nithyananda several janmas before.
I pity for the ignorance of media like NAKKERAN, SUN NEWS etc and connected fellow human beings and wondering amount of bad energy return on them in coming janmas.
Oh Ranjitha, Donot worry fellow soul. We are sending HEALING ENERGY to you to continue your work for your everlasting peace.
Oh Nityananda, Donot you understand that Ranjitha soul is your mother in previous birth?
Let your clouded understanding vanish. Keep your sanathana Dharma activities go ahead. No time shall be wasted. These cases against you are simply papers and no sanctity.
Paramathama is with you . Put your energy on courage. Show your Magnificient TRUE colors to all who criticise.
Make things happen.

We need swami nityanand because he was just trying new tantras for his preaching but it was exposed by TV cameras before-hand.
Sex is not bad if it is consentual. If at all any one who should object is the husband of ranjita and no one else.
There are thousands of hindu women who are left in frustration by hindu guys that they need to take the path of sex with yogis to satisfy themselves.
Hinduism has to grow with thios contribution iof yogis in the satisfaction as well as giving life to hindu children in this time of kalyug.

Trouble for ‘godman’ in the US
Bangalore, March 28, DH News Service:

Sunday, March 28, 2010
–>
Almost a month after a former Nithyananda disciple in Tamil Nadu blew the whistle on him, a former American devotee has now filed criminal complaints in the US state of California against the self-styled godman.
The complainant, who has identified himself as Douglas McKellor, formerly known as Swami Nithya Praba, is a resident of San Jose, California. In his complaint to California state Attorney General Jerry Brown on March 25, McKellor has brought serious charges of sex, fraud, financial irregularities and physical abuse of devotees in the US against Nithyananda. Copies of the complaints are in the possession of Deccan Herald.
Like Lenin Karuppan, who exposed the sex videos featuring Nithyananda and a Tamil actress and also accused him of “raping” or having sex with other women in his Bidadi ashram, McKellor has claimed that at least on one occasion he “was placed as a guard in front of the door to make sure that no one, repeat no one, disturbed him and his lady guest”.
While McKellor has not disclosed the date when he was asked to guard Nithyananda’s room, he does mention that it took place when the godman headed a two-day workshop in a Sanatan Dharma temple in Norwalk, California. McKellor, who is a Hindu, alleges that Nithyananda “ate his meals or rested alone with young attractive (women) followers” in his private quarters at the cult organisation’s Norwalk and Montclair ashrams.
On the lines of Karuppan’s allegations, the American national, who claims to have begun exposing Nithyananda’s “organised fraud” in his blogsite http://nithyananda-cult.blogspot.com/, alleges in his complaint to the California attorney general that the godman “abused” Hindu religious tenets, by which he would issue “fake enlightenment certificates”, took away people’s life savings, including $400,000 of his bank deposit and physically abused ashramites.
Describing how he was “enlightened”, McKellor says: “While living in the Los Angeles ashram in June 2007, I was one in the first batch of Nithyananda’s instant enlightenment. During the week-long program, I felt unnaturally dizzy and light. It was as if some strange drug was causing me to lose my senses.”
He goes on to say that during the workshop Nithyananda performed fire rituals in which all initiates “had to cut off a strand of our own hair and this hair was added to the fire.” Besides, he claims, “Nithyananda also added something that looked like marijuana seeds into the fire.”

I was told bramhacharya and sanyasa in adulthood was discouraged by older generation gurus, even if the disciple wanted to. Even after lots of discouragement by the guru and the society one had a strong will over a period of time, the guru used to advise bramhacharya and sanyasa. Only because it is not a very natural state for most. Only a very few people in the society had that detachement & truly full fill bramhacharya. But things have changed now, so all the issues surfaces.

I Support Nithayananda,
Because this kind of activities in India is not new. This useless Indian people must realise what life and who is god.
As we are still in 1000bc, God is never seen god is everywhere.
Try to read Thirukural in Tamil which have given you much information about all.
So don’t follow this kind of guys,
If they really want to help people
1. Why they need gold chair.
2. Why they need separate respect in all temple.
3. Temple is for god its common, but why he needs special entry, why he needs special protection.
4. Why he need trust.
5. Why he need big building and lands.
6. Why he need girl advisers and girl helpers.
7. If he is not done anything why he want to hide.
8. Why can’t he come out for a debate in NDTV or in any other channel?
9. What ever all this guy speaks about the life is from books.
10. He said he is doing research, I don’t know what kind of research he is doing.
11. Better we can close NASA and ISRO and follow this useless guy.

Dear Ones,
Even to try cebacy is something which churns your mind at its peak with GOd as aim and celebacy as one of the aids. As a sadhaka, it may be a technique and rule to undertsand your mind. Keep left is a rule every one has to follow while learning driving. With the habit of keep left, we are doing the same even after becoming experts. But we are free to break and we should break according to the circumstances, when the left road is too bad, when overtakes when shifted to another location where rule is just opposite.
An expert can mend any rules. An enlightened one is beyond Sanyasa. Viswamitra acted out of weakness at that time, but what Veda Vyasa did with Matsygandhi was not out of weakness.
I believe obseving celebacy is a shortcut to make your body prepare for the energy flows that may happen in the path of enlightenment. But under todays circumstances, when a xxx is at your finger tip, please do take a wise decision or blidly follow guru. Understand Guru is beyond the stage of Celebacy. So not follow his acts but his words

Sandra whatever,
So you want to bring ‘Glory’ to the world is it? And you want to go about this by indulging in conversion, right? Explore the possibility of transforming yourself first. First of all you spew venom on other religions and want to eliminate them and then bring glory. Your talk is ‘GORY’, far away from glory. Go read your Bible again, understand it clearly and internaize it. Scumbags like you are the real problem to this world. It would be a better place without your hatred and negative attitude.
May God Bless you !
