How to deal with clever Christian missionaries
The ongoing commemoration of the abolition of the slave trade in the British empire (1807) is being used by Christian missionary circles as an occasion for Hindu-bashing through the theme of caste oppression as a still-existing form of slavery.
Hindu polemicists typically react by highlighting the human-rights abuses committed by Christians or in the name of Christianity through the centuries: witch-burning, persecution of pagans and heretics, racism, apartheid and of course the slave trade itself.
The intended implication is that Christians are morally in no position to berate Hindus for their social injustices and had better not meddle in inter-Hindu matters. This may be a correct and convincing position to take in front of a neutral or as yet uninformed audience, but with Christians who know their religion, it is hopelessly ineffective.
Whereas Christian missionaries have invested heavily in studying Hindu society and its subsets as defined by language, caste or social class, most Hindus including anti-conversion activists are unfamiliar with the Christian mentality. Hindu polemicists listen to their own and each other’s words and then think: how great, how clever. But if you want to get a message across to an audience, you should listen to the effect you’re having on this audience.
So, as an ex-Christian and still daily in touch with Christian circles, I would like to point out certain beliefs and attitudes that immunize Christians against the charge of being no better than Hindus with their caste oppression.
First of all, the historical facts and present eyesores which you want to shove into their faces and of which you expect that they will shock & awe Christians into silence about caste, are already widely known and acknowledged.
On the 900th anniversary of the Crusades, a perfectly justified Christian reaction against Muslim imperialism, numerous Christians indulged a guilt trip and said sorry to the Muslims. But most of all, they impressed it upon themselves (far more thoroughly than you could hope to do) what evil sinners they had been back then, and how this should spur them into being nice to today’s Muslims.
To Christians, past sins are a matter for repentance vis-à-vis God, but ultimately only the normal course of things, since we’re all sinners. So they are not uptight about having sins on their record and won’t be blackmailed about this. Secondly, repentance about sins past is proven precisely by a commitment to avoid and combat similar sins in the present.
It is not enough to say your confession of sins, you have to resolve to undo the sins’ consequences and go out of your way to remove them from this world. So, precisely because Christians have been guilty of slave-trading etc., they have a duty to combat similar inequality now.
And this must not be limited to their own backyard, for sins are both by commission as by omission, i.e. standing by passively when others get away with committing them. Because of their past sins, they feel obliged to meddle in your sins today. Just as after abolishing the slave trade and then slavery itself in the British Empire, the British felt obliged to go out and impose its abolition on the Ottomans, the Arabs and others. This is a moral imperative.
In missionary-speak: “We have been part of the problem so now we must become part of the solution.” Hindus could have guilt-tripped modern Westerners into leaving the injustices of Hindu society alone if they had been Africans or Muslims.
More perceptive Westerners would not be inhibited versus these two either (Muslims traded black, white and Indian slaves; while Africans enslaved and sold off their own brethren to Arab and European slave-traders), but most of them, and especially politicians, don’t dare to speak against those two groups. But Hindus are a different matter altogether.
Hindu polemicists talk about “white racism” as if they are totally oblivious to the torrent of anti-racist re-education that has swept Western society in the past half century. The problem is not just that Hindus cultivate an anachronistic world-view, apparently drawing a good feeling about themselves from pretending to live in the colonial age and occupying the moral high ground of the anti-colonial struggle.
This is bad enough, for movements based on self-deception stand defeated from the very start; but in the present case, it also blinds them to the transformation of anti-racism from a force working in favour of the standing of non-European peoples to one that actually makes things worse for them. Or at least for those among them who have a solid reputation of racism, viz. the Hindus.
It is precisely anti-racism that makes Westerners self-righteous vis-à-vis Hindus. Whereas social injustice in Western or even in Muslim society is duly recognized, it doesn’t have the extreme stigma of the caste system because the latter is conceived as a form of racism. In the past, I have argued left and right that the basis of caste is not racial, but who am I? International organizations and influential observers keep on repeating that the caste system is a huge instance of racial apartheid.
And this much must be conceded, that it is at any rate hereditary inequality, so that castes can be considered as micro-races. The mega-scale and mega-age of Hindu society add to the image of the caste system as the most monstrous racism in world history. Indeed, if caste is arguably (though few would argue even this much) preferable to outright slavery, even anti-racists consider it a few notches worse than the apartheid as it existed in South Africa.
The whites oppressed the blacks, but they also provided some elementary services to them, such as modern medicine and “the liberating message of Christianity”, they gave black elites the sop of becoming government officials in the “homelands”, they did not totally neglect them. For all its exploitative ruthlessness in practice, the apartheid philosophy (like post-slavery colonial policies elsewhere in Africa) was not to ignore the blacks but to treat them as children who would benefit from white supervision.
By contrast, the international image of caste society is one of extreme callousness, in which upper-caste people see lower-caste people dying on their doorstep and remain unmoved. Apartheid was an institution within which human exceptions existed, with some whites sympathizing with the blacks,– whereas in the international perception, caste is so ugly and cruel because it is totally heartfelt, with the upper-caste people persisting in caste-racist discrimination even after its formal abolition as an institution. Doesn’t everybody outside India “know” that a Mother Teresa was needed to pick up the paupers from the gutter where the smug upper-caste Hindus left them to rot?
As Mark Tully has testified: “Whenever I go and give a talk on Hinduism, and when I say something nice about it, invariably someone from the audience will object: ‘I think Hinduism is a disgusting religion because of the caste system.’” And this from modern people sufficiently educated to know that all societies have their problems and iniquities, their own not excepted.
In their perception, the uniquely evil thing about Hindu caste-racism is how deep it has gripped and moulded the Hindu mind, by virtue of being a religiously-justified doctrine, not just a worldly circumstance but entirely intertwined with deep philosophical stuff about dharma and karma. Christianity has in fact managed to shed slavery because slavery is not of the essence of Christianity, or so the perception goes; whereas caste is of the very essence of Hinduism.
Another common anachronism in the Hindu position is to identify the Christian missionary apparatus as “white”. This does of course have a basis in historical reality but is becoming increasingly inaccurate. Christian missionaries in Asia are now typically Koreans or Filipinos or Keralites, not whites. And don’t say that they are only the infantry: in most Churches you see them rising through the ranks.
Remember how in the Anglican Church, conservative African bishops formed a formidable bloc opposing the Anglo-American progressives on issues of women priests and acceptance of homosexuality. At any rate, these non-white converts have interiorized the faith and the missionary zeal, just as the white North-Europeans (the demographic mainstay of the US Baptists and other missionary powerhouses) had at one time interiorized Christianity after learning it from Mediterranean missionaries, who in turn had it from the Jewish-born “first Christians”.
It is no use denying that Christianity has morphed across racial frontiers several times already, and that it is repeating this process right now. Even the remaining white Church leaders are clever enough to send coloured Church spokesmen to interreligious forums where race could be an issue, so Hindus won’t be able to use the anti-white line against them.
As for the anti-caste mobilization, millions of blacks too have accepted the idea that caste is a form of slavery and racism. Just as millions of Scheduled Caste converts who had never thought of caste in terms of race have by now interiorized the idea that caste is the ultimate in racism. You won’t shock them into silence with references to white injustice. On the contrary, to them the struggle against caste oppression is simply the continuation of the historical struggle against slavery and apartheid. So, that in my opinion is what Hindus are up against.
The Christian missionaries are nothing if not clever. They sail with the opinion winds and have ably made the switch from colonial racism to postcolonial anti-racism, and now they are using this new line with good effect against Hindu society.
Digging up the dirt on “white Christian” history will only evoke a yawn, as that dirt has been dished out already all over the official textbooks and media in Christian countries.
If Hindus want to stop the gains continually made by the Christians in the battle for the souls, there is no alternative to the laborious task of (1) informing the world about the more complex and less extreme reality of the caste system in history and in the present; (2) actually reforming society to the point where caste oppression is only a memory,– and ensuring that the world knows about this; and (3) refocusing the Hindu-Christian struggle to its proper doctrinal level, where the defining Christian teachings can be exposed as the unhistorical claims and irrational beliefs that they really are.
Plus, of course, reaching out to the converts who are willing or eager to return to the Hindu fold. These are big and demanding jobs, but carry a better promise of success than locking yourself in a smug self-assurance of how evil Christians are.

Killing of a woman, a Shudra or an atheist is not
sinful.
Woman is an embodiment of the worst desires,
hatred,
deceit, jealousy and bad character. Women should
never be given freedom. (Manu IX. 17 and V. 47, 147)
Sambuka was slain (by Rama) because he was making penance which was forbidden to him by Vedas as he was a “Shudra” (Uttara kanadam, Chapter 76).
“If a man of inferior caste tries to sit down on the same seat as a man of superior caste, he should be branded on the hip and banished, or have his buttocks cut off.” – Manusmrti 8:281.
“If in the process of negotiating betrothal there are first ten suitors of the non-Brahmana varna for a woman (the marriageable girl), all of them lose their claims of marriage and, only the Brahmin, the learned one, if he grasps her hand would be her husband and only he. Not even the man of Ksatriya varna and not even the man of Vaisya varna but only the Brahmin is the husband of the bride in such cases of claimants of betrothal, and the sun, as it appears, revealing this fact to the people of five classes (4 varnas and the fifth avarna) rises up.” – Atharva Veda 5:17:8-9.
“If someone born in a Ksatriya, Vaisya, or Sudra womb should be unable to pay his fine, he may absolve himself of the debt by labour; a Brahmin should pay little by little. “A Ksatriya in adversity may also make a living by all of these (means); but he should never be so proud as to assume the livelihood of his betters. If a man of the lowest caste should, through greed, make his living by the innate activities of his superiors, the king should confiscate his wealth and banish him immediately. One’s own duty, (even) without any good qualities, is better than someone else’s duty well done; for a man who makes his living by someone else’s duty immediately falls from (his own) caste.” – Manusmrti 10:95-97.
“With whatever limb an inferior insults or hurts his superior in caste, of that limb the king shall cause him to be deprived. If he places himself on the same seat with his superior, he shall be banished with a mark on his buttocks. If he spits on him, he shall lose both lips; If he breaks wind against him, his hindparts; If he uses abusive language, his tongue. If a (lowborn) man through pride gives instruction (to a member of the highest caste) concerning his duty, let the king order hot oil to be dropped into his mouth. This poor guy is a true Christian that is why with the perverted mind set approaches Hindusim. All the Hindu scripture are written in Sanskrit which is not a spoken language of masses to understand what is the exact meaning of the scriptures. The learned Hindu pundits are disputing even to-day about the true meaning of the scriptures. Most of the translations are done by the perverted white Christian with hidden agenda to create a bad name for Hindusim. More over our puranas are written with half truth and half fiction to teach some good morals.
When Hindus says bad about Christianity based on recent historical facts these poor guys counter the same with age old puranic fictional misunderstood details to burry their sins.

They want to make India a slave of West! Bible has NO CONCEPT of Patriotism. The only loyalty of Christianity is to Church and Pope. Bible orders death for those having any other loyalty.
Please know that Bible is the most disgusting book of the world and completely against humanity. Many fraud agents may approach you in variety of ways to attract you to Christianity. Some of the tactics are: sweet talks, romance, flirting, miracle healing, discos, music shows, parties, free chance to mix with guys and gals and have fun, etc etc. They will present false translations of our Indian scriptures to create hatred against our own foundation.
But remember, if you entertain them, you will be acting against humanity and country.
So be a true patriot and true human. Reject the fraud of Christianity. Embrace the religion of humanity, equality, peace and brotherhood as detailed in our own Vedas.
If you are a Christian, come back to your original roots by rejecting the fraud. If you are not, make sure you do not allow this fraud cult to succeed in its evil design. Promote this if you really love India!

Day to day violence, terrorism, killing , religious conversion, predator attitude of some sects etc leads a wise man mind to think about dogmas of religious sects. Some starts saying that religion is other name of addiction, some starts raising doubts over the very existence of God watching such inhuman crimes. But is religion really a mindset or something else?
The biggest crime is to accept dogmas as tenants of religion, to stop listening the voice of our own self and to start accepting religious beliefs blindly whether right or wrong.
One of commonly heard slogans is” God is love”. Most of the time it’s propagated from those people whose firm belief is in Jesus Christ. The opposite of love is hate.
Bible (Luke 14:26)- says If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. Does it mean that a person can only become disciple of god if he starts hating his own family members? God of bible preach hate among family members .( Luke 12:53)-(They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law. Atharv Veda 7/3/6 says conjugal love between husband and wife of family.
How merciful is god of bible for babies of enemies? (Numbers 31:17) now therefore kill every boy, and kill every woman who has had sexual intercourse with a man. Similar instructions for killing babies are mentioned in Deut 2:34, Deut 28:53, 1 Sam 15:3, 2 kings 8:12, 2 kings 15:16, Isaiah 13:16, psalm 51:5, psalm 109:8-12, Isaiah 13:18, lam 2:20. Yajur Veda 26/18 says that all living beings are friends.
Bearing of child is considered as punishment by god of bible and he discriminates between man and women. (Genesis 3:16)- To the woman he said-“I will greatly increase your labor pains; with pain you will give birth to children. You will want to control your husband, but he will dominate you. Atharv7:48:2 says scholarly, respectful, thoughtful, happy wife protects and enhances wealth and bring happiness in home. Atharv Veda 2/36/3 says may this bride become the queen of the house of her husband and enlighten all.

Cain brought some of the fruit of the ground for an offering1to the Lord. 4:4 But Abel brought some of the firstborn of his flock – even the fattest of them. And the Lord was pleased with Abel and his offering, 4:5 but with Cain and his offering he was not pleased. So Cain became very angry, and his expression was downcast.4:8 Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Yajur-veda 7/47-7/51 prohibits animal killing.

Rig Veda 10:191:2 says assemble, speak together and let your minds be all of one accord.
The bible promotes alcoholism and incest. Lot had sexual relations with his two daughters. (Genesis 19:32) Come, let’s make our father drunk with wine so we can have sexual relations with him and preserve our family line through our father.19:33 So that night they made their father drunk with wine, and the older daughter came and had sexual relations with her father. Rig Veda 8/2/12 and Rig Veda 8/21/14 condemns alcohol intake. Atharv Veda 11:5:1-10 stress on simple, celibant and disciplined life free from all illicit relations.
God of bible advices killing of innocent animals for forgiving sins. (Levi 4:22) -Whenever a leader, by straying unintentionally, sins and violates one of the commandments of the Lord his God which must not be violated, and he pleads guilty, 4:23 or his sin that he committed is made known to him, he must bring a flawless male goat as his offering. There are many examples of offering goats, lambs, pigeons for forgiving sins. Can true god be so uncurl towards his own creation? Atharv Veda 7.5.5 prohibits animal sacrifice and believes in law of karma theory which is also testified by bible (Matthew 16:27) he will reward each person according to what he has done. This belief of forgiving of sins is just eyewash. English proverb as you so sow shall you reap is always applicable.
The Christian Bible contains hundreds of thousands of things that are condemnable. We have only shown here a few absurdities; they will suffice to convince the wise of the untruth of it. Bible is the most vulgar book of world full of hatred. Truth adulterated with untruth can never remain pure and hence the works that contain it can never be acceptable.

As you can see, there are many characteristics of this Purusha which cannot be those of Jesus. Jesus does not have a thousand heads and a thousand arms, for example. Jesus’ death did not result in the creation of the moon, horses, cattle, or the 4 varnas — all these things preceeded Jesus even by the reckoning of mundane scholars.
Saying that these mantras are a covert reference to Jesus isn’t just wrong – it’s sheer idiocy.

You know to-day in the Silicon Valley 37% of the scientist are Indians and 40% of soft ware technologist is Indians. Death for Blasphemy

New Testament Verses Which Demand Following the Old Testament and Law Contradictions:
I hear so many Christians now a days claim that the Old Testament is defunct for Jesus was the “lamb” to clear away its rules and regulations. This is just another bullshit scapegoat that Christians use to ignore the atrocities and bizarre laws commanded by their god. Their preachers spoon feed them that the Old Testament is no longer binding so that they can excuse the majority of evil that the bible promotes. I am so tired of Christians manipulating the scriptures so that they can assign a kinder nature to their God, that I have assembled a BRIEF list of verses which clearly show that the Old Testament is not to be ignored. Its laws should indeed be adhered to, for the New Testament demands it! After this section I shall list where the Bible contradicts itself concerning other laws.
1) “For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass the law until all is accomplished. Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:18-19 RSV) Clearly the Old Testament is to be abided by until the end of human existence itself. None other then Jesus said so.
2) All of the vicious Old Testament laws will be binding forever. “It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid.” (Luke 16:17 NAB)
3) Jesus strongly approves of the law and the prophets. He hasn’t the slightest objection to the cruelties of the Old Testament. “Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest part or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place.” (Matthew 5:17 NAB)
3b) “All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and for training in righteousness…” (2 Timothy 3:16 NAB)
3c) “Know this first of all, that there is no prophecy of scripture that is a matter of personal interpretation, for no prophecy ever came through human will; but rather human beings moved by the holy Spirit spoke under the influence of God.” (2 Peter 20-21 NAB)
4) Jesus criticizes the Jews for not killing their disobedient children according to Old Testament law. Mark.7:9-13 “Whoever curses father or mother shall die” (Mark 7:10 NAB)
5) Jesus is criticized by the Pharisees for not washing his hands before eating. He defends himself by attacking them for not killing disobedient children according to the commandment: “He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.” (Matthew 15:4-7)
6) Jesus has a punishment even worse than his father concerning adultery: God said the act of adultery was punishable by death. Jesus says looking with lust is the same thing and you should gouge your eye out, better a part, than the whole. The punishment under Jesus is an eternity in Hell. (Matthew 5:27)
7) Peter says that all slaves should “be subject to [their] masters with all fear,” to the bad and cruel as well as the “good and gentle.” This is merely an echo of the same slavery commands in the Old Testament. 1 Peter 2:18
8) “Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law” (John7:19) and “For the law was given by Moses,…” (John 1:17).
9) “…the scripture cannot be broken.” –Jesus Christ, John 10:35
Law Contradictions of the Bible:
10) Shall we obey the law? Romans 13:1-7 says quite clearly that Christians are to submit to the law and regard it as the institution of God. 1 Peter 2:13-14 “Submit your self to every ordinance of man … to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors.” Matthew 22:21 “Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s.” Also see Titus 3:1. Matthew 23:2-3 & Ecclesiastes 8:2 This leads one to assume that Christians must and should obey the law, yet look at these verses which contradicts what I just sited. Acts 5:29 “We ought to obey God rather then men.” Exodus 1:17-20 shows God punishing the midwives for following their rulers instead of God. Also see Daniel 3:16-18, 6:7-10, Acts 4:26 & 27, Mark 12:38-40, Luke 23:11, 24 & 33-35 which all say the law should be ignored. Now we know why Christians get away with their selective morality so often.
11) Should we steal? (Exodus 20:15 & Leviticus 19:13) Stealing is absolutely forbidden. Yet, Exodus 3:21-22, 12:35-36 & Luke 19:29-34 all promote stealing.
12) Should we judge? Jesus is quoted in Matthew 7:1-2: “Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged.” Also see Luke 6:37 & 1 Corinthians 5:12. Now take a look at “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24). Also note 1 Corinthians 5:12 & 6:2-4.
1 3) Should we covet? Exodus 20:17 says, “Thou shalt not covet . . . anything that is thy neighbor’s,” while 1 Corinthians 12:31 says, “Covet earnestly the best gifts.” So, are we or are we not to covet?
14) Is lying okay? Exodus 20:16. Proverbs 12:22 & Revelations 21:8 all say lying is forbidden. Joshua 2:4-6, Exodus 1:18-20 & 1 Kings 22:21-22 all support lying.
15) Can we kill? Exodus 20:13 says “thou shalt not kill”. Exodus 32:27, Numbers 31, and THOUSANDS of other verses show God commanding us to kill.
16) Can we own slaves? Leviticus 25:45 “Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy … and they shall be your possession… they shall be your bondmen forever.” Genesis 9:25 “And he [Noah] said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.” Exodus 21:2 & 7 “If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing… And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.” Joel 3:8 “And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a people far off: for the Lord hath spoken it.” Luke 12:47-48 [Jesus speaking] “And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes.” Colossians 3:22
“Servants, obey in all things your masters.” So obviously the Biblical God thinks slavery is right, right? Just look at these: Isaiah 58:6 “Undo the heavy burdens… let the oppressed go free, … break every yoke.” Matthew 23:10 “Neither be ye called Masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.” (Also see Exodus 22:21 & 21:16) Let it be known here that pro-slavery Bible verses were cited by many churches in the South during the Civil War, and were used by some theologians in the Dutch Reformed Church to justify apartheid in South Africa. There are more pro-slavery verses than cited here. I simply do not have the room to post all of them.
17) What about Improvidence? Improvidence is enjoined in Luke 12:3 “Sell that ye have and give alms.” also in Luke 6:30 & 35 “Give to every man that asketh of thee, and of him that taketh away thy goods, ask them not again … And lend, hoping for nothing again, and your reward shall be great.” Also note Matthew 6:28, 31 & 34. Improvidence is condemned in I Timothy 5:8 “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel. “ Also see Proverbs 13:22.
18) What does the law say about anger? Ephesians 4:26 says “Be ye angry and sin not not.” Anger is disapproved in Ecciesiastes 7:9 “Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry; for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.” Proverbs 22:24 “Make no friendship with an angry man.” Also see James 1:20.
19) Are we to let our good works be seen? Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works.” This contradicts verse Matthew 6:1 , “Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them.”
20) Should we pray in public? 1 Kings 2:22, 54 & 9:3 shows the Lord is joyed by public prayer and listens intently. Matthew 6:5-6 condemn public prayer and command people keep it a secret.
21) Can we wear long hair? Judges 13:5 & Numbers 6:5 encourages people to grow their hair and insists it is a source of strength. 1 Corinthians 11:14 calls long hair a “shame”.
22) Should we circumcise males? Genesis 17:10 “This is my covenant which ye shall keep between me and you and thy seed after thee: Every man and child among you shall be circumcised. Clearly this demands circumcision, yet Galatians 5:2 says “Behold, I Paul, say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.”
23) Are there certain kinds of foods we should not eat? Deuteronomy 14:2-8 lists several animals that we are NOT to eat because they are “unclean”, “chew the cud” and “divide the hoof”. Yet Genesis 9:3 & 1 Corinthians 10:25 insists there is nothing we can’t eat. Romans 14:14 says: “There is nothing unclean of itself.”
24) Can we take oaths? Numbers 30:2, Genesis 21:23-24, 31, 31:53 & Hebrews 6:13 says that we can take oaths and encourages it. Matthew 5:34 says “swear (make an oath) not at all.”
25) Can we get married? Genesis 2:18, 1:28, Matthew 19:5 & Hebrews 13:4 all insist marriage is honorable. Marriage is disapproved and scorned in 1 Corinthians 7:1 & 7:7-8.
26) Can we commit adultery? Exodus 20: 14 “thou shalt not commit adultery.” Also see Hebrews 13:4. Now look at Numbers 31:18, Hosea 1:2 & 2:1-3 where adultery is advocated by God.
27) Can we drink alcohol? Proverbs 31:6-7, 1 Timothy 5:23 & Psalms 104:15 all encourage drinking and intoxication. Proverbs 20:1 & 23:31-32 discourage drinking and intoxication.
28) Do women have rights? Genesis 3:16 “And thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” 1 Timothy 2:12 says a woman must not teach, remain silent and must be subjugated to her man. 1 Corinthians 14:34 & 1 Peter 3:6 both say that women have limited rights and are under control of their men. Judges 4:4, 14-15, 5:7, Acts 2:18 & 21:9 all tell of powerful women who were not subjugated by men and were not punished for their authority of men.
29) Should we obey our masters with usurped authority? Colossians 3:22-23 & 1 Peter 2:18 says we should. 1 Corinthians 7:23 “Be not ye the servants of men.” Also see Matthew 4:10 & 23:10 which say we should not submit usurped to our masters.
30) Was the law of the Old Testament destroyed by Christ’s crucification? Luke16:16, Ephesians 2:15 & Romans 7:6 says that the old law is no longer binding. Yet Matthew 5:17-19 and MANY other verses say that the old law is forever binding. If you want to see the many verses that command we follow the old law please consult the upper portion of this page.
31) Should we swear an oath? Numbers 30:2 “If a man vow a vow unto the Lord, or swear an oath…he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.” Genesis 21:22-24 & 31 “…swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me…And Abraham said, I will swear…Wherefore he called that place Beersheba [“Well of the oath”]; because there they sware both of them.” Hebrews 6:13-17 “For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself…for men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability ofhis counsel, confirmed it by an oath.” See also Genesis 22:15- 19, Genesis 31 :53, & Judges I 1 :30-39. So apparently it is okay to swear an oath, we even do this on the Bible in American courts. Just try and forget these verses: Matthew 5:34-37 “But I say unto you, swear not at all; neither by heaven…nor by the earth…Neither shalt thou swear by thy head…But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.”
James 5:12 “…swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.”
32) Do we keep the Sabbath? Exodus 20:8 “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.” Exodus 31:15 “Whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.” Numbers 15:32-36 “And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the Sabbath day…And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses.” Each of these contradict Isaiah 1:13 “The new moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity.“ John 5:16 “And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the Sabbath day. “Colossians 2:16 “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holy-day, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days.”
33) Should we make graven images? Exodus 20:4 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven…earth … water.” Leviticus 26:1 “Ye shall make ye no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone.” Deuteronomy 27:15 “Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image.” Okay, I got it I shouldn’t produce a thing in fear of making a graven image, but wait: Exodus 25:18 “And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them.” I Kings 7:15-16 & 23-25 “For he [Solomon] cast two pillars of brass…and two chapiters of molten brass…And he made a molten sea…it stood upon twelve oxen … [and so on]”

@Britto , Purusa Sukta does not refer a DEAD JEW who died 2000 YEARS BEFORE. I got this from my friend who is a master in Vedas
The Purusa Sukta in Rig Veda Chapter 10 refers not to God but the “primordial” man (while Purusa is general points to man, the context here is that of the promordial man). This is a mythical man. The Sukta describes the formation of the world from the body of the primordial man, who is so vast that he covers and even overlaps the earth, not only in space but also in time, for he covers the three ages of the past, the present, and the future.
The Man overlaps the earth and is related also to the God. God stretches out the purusa’s body, just as threads are stretched on the loom, and offer him as an oblation. He is offered in his entirety according to the prescribed rites and with the use of the proper elements, which are represented by the seasons, ritual butter here being springtime, wood for the fire being summertime, and the offering being autumn.
In verses 8 to 14 the purusa sacrifices himself by dismembering himself and scattering around the necessary number of portions for the completion of the work of creation. He performs an act of self-immolation so that the universe may come into being. From this sacrifice offered completely, that is, from the limbs of the cosmic Man, come all things both animate and inanimate: animals of every type (8, 10); liturgical formulas (9); the four castes of men (12); the cosmic powers (13-14).
From his spirit comes the moon, from his eyes the sun, from his mouth Indra and Agni (fire), from his breath the wind, from his navel the air, from his head the sky, from his feet the earth, from the ears the points of the compass–nothing, nobody, is omitted. Verse 15 sums up the idea of the sacrifice and the last stanza repeats the underlying thought of the whole hymn, that the cosmic Man is the total sacrifice. By sacrifice creation reverts to the Man.This universal sacrifice possesses a twofold dynamism, for it includes a sacramental downward movement of the All toward the earth and a sacrificial upward movement of the world toward the All

all these peple now target christian because christian is help for dalits very much.They are angry for this.They want to keep continue oppression of dalits who they dont even think as hindus,but still they dont also want to convert to christian.They are very sadist fellows torturers.they also not help they not let others also help dalits.

The purusha prajapathi of the vedas is a christ like figure, many great hindus like Dr.S. Radakrishnan admitted this (from internet only i got this information, somebody stated that at a function in Trivandrum, he spoke about this) , but the problem with them is that they could not believe in the reality of Christ. If one have Christ experience, he could easily see Christ as the purusha prajapthi, for otheres , it will be very difficult. I think even swami vivekanadna got this experience. I do not remember, but some where he remarked that a figure like Christ is known to all the races of the world.

1.hindus do not eat cow dung.
2. neither do they drink cow urine. but some people 1 in million use it as a medication . the prospect of drinking cow urine is just as daunting to a hindu as it is to anyone.
3. hindu swamis respect the teachings of jesus christ because they found similiarity in his teachings and that found in india.
4. christianity as taught by christ is not followed in western world. original christianity is lost.
5. after the council of nicaea sometime in the fourth century AD religious intolerance took over
christianity.
6. christians have used the jesus christ to do bad things.
7. the manus smriti does not have much authority in hinduism.
8. we had a lot of social-religious reformers during the medieval ages like kabir,nanak, vemana, basava who spoke against caste and other social evils while still holding the traditional theology up.
9. the puranas are not taken seriously as far as historical truth is considered. they are only moral stories.
10. yes the bible does contain bad instances and a jealous God. but in the teachings of jesus christ there are not bad things.
11. no body in india wants the caste system in the present neverthless some think that it was not as bad as people think it was.
12. the brahmins had to follow many difficult rules and they did have privileges. shudras did not have to follow certain rules and they did have less privileges compared with others.
13.the practise of caste system was worst during british rule.
14. the same definition of religion does not hold to to hinduism as it does to other religions.
15. every culture has different connotations for word like love , God, religion, freedom, god man, priest, saint, etc. so hasty comparisons and conclusions must not be drawn.

17. yes it is written in valmiki ramayana that rama did kill a shudra who was doing tapasya. but nobody is celebrating that fact in india. this is not we do in our religious meetings and stories and anecdotes. we only upheld good things.
18. in many places in the vedas and puranas it is emphasised many times that truth must be experienced personally and simply relying on the vedas and purans is not going to get you to God.
19. In all hindu scriptures sincerity of seeking the truth is emphasised.
20. the truth is that most people in western world are atheists and lot in India are also atheists. but the christians hold to their religion to use it as a weapon to divide foreign countries.
21. the war that is going on in iraq is illegal.

22. we see that jesus christ was a good man but stil the christians used him as an artifice for aggression. we also have many great souls in our country. so we can not be just proud because we had divine people. but we should feel according to our actions.
23. the vedas , the four gospels of the bible certainly contain divine knowledge.
24. sincere christians should try to help the dalits in other ways rather than to simply change their religion because it only leads to disturbances in Indian society.
25. rich zamindars have comitted atrocites not just on dalits but anyone when opportunity presented itself.
26. truly i say we hindus are not bad people. those tales of dalit oppression are not all true.
27. it is impossible to understand the truth in india without learing the local languages . you wont be able to understand how the sciptures were interpreted by the masses.
28. speaking more accurately hinduism is not a religion. the auhtority of the vedas never lasted for a long time. there was always debate. there was always questioning
29. even in tribal religons around the world. there is some beauty. God is infinite . we cannot bind him to a finite book or any single culture.

they also made critical contributions to science before the renaissance in europe began.
31. columbus was a bad man and america is founded on the death of indigenous populations of the americas. this calls for some introspection for christians. repent.
32.only the strong win. God rarely interferes in the course of History. he aint going to favour people of a particular religion.

but you all have persisted in doing exactly what he told you’ll not to do:
“Digging up the dirt on “white Christian” history will only evoke a yawn, as that dirt has been dished out already all over the official textbooks and media in Christian countries.”
